Ok so after all the welding was done... all the welding spots got covered with undercoat...
So now it was time to prep the car for painting... this part its all about the knocking, cementing and sanding of the body...

First of all this is my friends car i help to rebuild from start to end...
Its a 1994 Suzuki Jimny SJ413. It ran on a 1300cc carburetor engine, it also had power steering... My friend bought it cheap and ask me to help rebuild it for road use... It was scrap metal on 4 wheels... Rust was everywhere it even rattle like crazy and some parts were missing... but i told my friend don't worry I'll do a good job and you won't believe this is the same car once I'm done...

The other day while testing my slow car... with bhai and Ah loon... something caught our attention... it was 2 macha no actually it was what this macha's were riding on... it first turn out to look like the normal everyday kaphai the Honda EX5...But after closer inspection... in turn out 2 be bicycle to our amazement... we manage to stop them to have a chat how free???here goes the conversation...

Me:dei macha banyak cantik lu punya basikal...

Macha: (smilling but also worried face)

Me: Dei lu beli kah buat sendiri???

Macha: (Smilling more) Bang saya buat sendiri...

Me: banyak pandai la lu... Berapa banyak duit lu pakai buat macam ini???

Macha: 500 ratus bang...

Me: lu betul betul gila la... 500 ratus banyak duit oh... tapi cantik juga lu punya basikal

-Driving on the touge or a normal road or even on track, remember to always know your own limit as this can be a very important thing...

-Also one more important thing, remember make sure you know the road well before you go all out...as there might unsuspecting sharp corner or even bad road condition...

All and all there are alot of things you need to remember to be a good and safe driver neither fast nor slow... but i stress out this 2 points as a friend of mine had a near fatal accident just by ignoring this 2 simply rules...

Thank God there both are safe and walk out of the accident with just a few scratches...

-The RECARO bucket seat in the car also stop the roof from being crush on them...

On a another unrelated incident my friend spin his car at one of our TOUGE session as his was not use to the new tyres and its limit... He had change to re030 from AD07 because production for AD07 for his rim size has been stopped...Lucky for him nothing happen just a spin...

Last Saturday me and 3 friends went up Genting via genting sempah... it was a real last minute plan so only 3 cars turned but that didn't stop us from having a little fun...

10pm at the bus stop our usual gather point... Secured my dumb ass woofer before we took off as it would be dancing in the booth if i didn't...

All the way using genting sempah you could say i was driving slow as visibility at this route is quiet bad as for my 2 friends that wasn't a problem as they new like the back of their palm...

After this stop at second gather point genting sempah R&R this is where we normally re-group... Chatted for awhile... Let the car's rest... Then we headed up genting it was really nice touge session as the roads were dry a rare sight at genting during night's and amazingly the road was totally clear of mist as well...

Reach the top... Parked our cars and chatted at Old Town while having supper... We came back using Karak as we were all to tired to use the Genting Sempah... Stop at sunway and wash my car then headed back home.... Reach home at 3am... Next day got up at 7am attended AFOS...(pictures of AFOS will be uploaded soon so stay tune)....

-Didn't manage to snap pictures at genting... As the we stop at all low lighted areas and i only had my handphone with me...

-Sorry i don't update all my TOUGE session busy man here la LOL... Will try update most of my TOUGE session with Photos too soon... Night session make it hard to take nice photos and videos as my camera sucks...

But for me my taking part only will be decided on last moments depending on Traffic on the track...

Finally done with "P"robation...

Now i don't have to worry of the sticker spoiling my tint...

Got my full licence at last... I renewed it for 5 years...

Shit!!! RM150 just for a piece of paper...

I think Malaysia should change the probation rule and only give out probation to drives base on their test results...

Example-

-Don't give probation to those that did well(Good Drivers)

-Give 1 year Probation to those that just did OK for their test...

-Give 2 year Probation to those that did bad like those who just got enough results to pass...

I think this would be good... But what the heck it would never happen... And I'm done with my probation so why should i give a shit LOL...

Oh ya my car has lost 10WHP LOL...

I use to tell my friends the "P" sticker stands for POWER... And by putting it on on your car you gain 10WHP LOL...

I gotta admit I'm a TOUGE addict...Last Sunday Morning me and 2 other buddies went to Kuala Klawang... We met at Ampang Look Out Point at about 8am...

While having a chat a group of Mitsubishi Galants(VR4) turn up as well... Their cars were pretty nice... After our chat we headed off the wind and cool breeze was just amazing... The road were nice... It was just perfect... Except for some cyclist and some super bikers who were blocking and slowing us down...

I had a good run i must say... As i recently change my bald tire's... The trip was good we all had fun... Looking forward for another trip there again...

Oh ya on the way back i saw a super biker lying at the side of the road. Apparently he just had a mishap while negotiating a corner... Poor guy...

Tyre Change

My back tyres were going bald so had to change it... They were starting to look like my uncle head LOL!!!

It was ok when the road was dry but it was bloody dangerous in the wet as you feel the car wanting to slide at every sharp corner that is taken a little fast...

Wondering why all the 4 tyres are out??? Its because i did balancing and put the new tyres on the front... I only change 2 tyres as the other 2 tyres were still quiet new...

The shitty part was one of my rims were bend so i got them repaired... Must have gotten that dent from the Bumpy roads of Genting Sempah...LOL...

Oh by the way my rim are 15inch and 6.5jj

so i have to 175/50/15 and that is not good as there are not many choices for that size...

So i got the Goodyear NCT5...

Thinking of changing to 14inch 6jj and getting ADo7... Just thinking LOL....

Ok ok Introducing to all!!!

Birdy...

I have just service Birdy with Q8 5w-30 Semi Synthetic Engine Oil...

Now Birdy is all smooth and nice... This oil is a bit pricey so ill be trying out the Petronas Semi Synthetic for the the next service... The price is much Cheaper at Rm18 per litre compared to the Q8 RM32 per litre... But will it be as good as the Q8??? Will there be a big difference??? Will just have to wait and see...

I service and maintain my car my self, only things that I'm not able to do will be left to the Mechanic's...I believe in the saying

"You want something done right you gotta do it yourself"

By the way sorry for the lack of updates been very busy, tied up with work... I'm still working at the same company... I've just been move to be base nearer to my house which is a good thing i must say... The only thing about this new place is there a lot of work and i have no time to go online during my work time...

Saturday night had a TT(Teh Tarik) session with some kenari and kelisa members at Sunway Mentari... Half way through the session 2 of my friends approach me with the suggestion to head to Genting Sempah for Touge... They didn't have to convince me much. Before he could finish his sentence i agreed...

So it was time to get more of them to follow us. After getting about 9 car's i gave the suggestion of trying out the new location that was discovered last week(Kuala Kelawang). To my surprise everyone agreed... So i called up a few more friends before you know it we were heading to Kuala Kelawang. All i can say is we really had fun.. But the sad part was my phone was dead hence no pictures to share...

By the way here is a picture of a very interesting car... And just another thing to prove "anything can be done in Malaysia"

Sunday morning had a touge session with a few friends. Instead of heading to our normal location which is Genting... We decided to head to a new location which my friend has just discovered.

We met along the MRR2 highway at a petrol station, filled our petrol tanks and headed off... Soon enough we reach our location and oh man what can i say we were really enjoying it... The bends and turns were just right the roads were wide but not too wide. The turns were tight but not too tight. Also this road was much safer then our normal road as most of the corners had guard rails and there was also visibility of on coming traffic and all of this made us really enjoy the drive, unlike our normal location where we would enjoy the drive but stress out ourselves and not to say stress the hell out of our cars... so overall a great place...

Looks like we might have found a new place to touge KUALA KLAWANG...

DIY- Dog Cage

Long Story Short- My cousin gave her dog away. So she had the dog's cage just lying outside her house, instead of letting go to waste i decided to restore it and pass it on to my Girlfriend who has a SHIT ZOO sorry I mean Shih Tsu.

Step 1

Scrap all the rust off... Wash nicely with soap...

Step 2

Wash it again...

Step 3

Use water with high pressure spray to wash off all the soap and dirt... And let it dry for about 1 hour under the sun.

Step 4

Start spraying the cage with Paint. And don't forget to take off your shirt to show off your body to the neighbours LOL!!! Step 5

After letting the paint cure for about 30 minutes, Touch up the spot's you've miss....

Step 6
Make sure the whole neighbourhood saw your sexy and hairy legs!!!

JOB DONE- The final look of the cage...

Fishing Udang Gala(PRAWN'S)

A few day's ago my brother and my cousin wen't fishing for udang galah...

So from that the addiction of fishing started again. I mean started again cause this monkeys use to go fishing everyday last year till my cousin got involved in a motorbike accident which did not allow him to move around much till about a month or so, anyways so since these monkeys got addicted so did I.

So yesterday after i got back from work Me,My cousin & My Dad decided to catch some prawnies for our self... So i went to shop which sells fishing equipment. Went there got a rod for Prawn fishing as i only have Rods for Sea & River Fishing and my cousin left his fishing equipment in his friends house. Got all the stuff, headed home got everything ready and off were we to the POND...

Rivers around my area have only fresh water fish no prawns so we go to a man made pond where they charge RM10 per hour. Quiet reasonable i would say....

We got there choose a spot. After a while we were getting bites, but not many prawns were actually caught just not a good day i'm guessing. I'm not use to prawn fishing so i was like ok bout it(I normally fish for sea or fresh water fish).. I just thought i need to get a hang of it first. For my dad he said he was not use to the new Rod... My cousin just kept on laughing like a monkey like he always does and he as well said the Hooks were not of good quality when he could not catch many. Anyway as they say all GOOD FISHERMAN have excuses when they dont catch anything or catch less than expected LOL!!!! "Good Fisherman" always have an excuse wen't they dont catch anything or catch less than they expected LOL!!!!
